  • What are the advantages of sending a press release?

  • What’s the difference between you and a free press release submission site?

    Free submission sites do not take your press release directly to journalists. Instead, they often just publish to an online article platform – never to be seen by the media. Besides, these companies often host ads (often for your competitors) next to your press release in order to attract revenue. We’re different – find out why here.

  • Will a press release help my search engine ranking?

    Yes. Many news sites have a high Google Page Rank, and therefore are an excellent authority source to be linking back to your own website.

  • What if I want a press release, but don’t have any news?

  • What is your turnaround time?

    All press releases are written and sent to you for checking within one business day. Following your approval, distribution will often take place the same day. If you opted for distribution only, one of our editorial team will quickly check your release (to ensure no illegal content, etc) and send it straight for distribution.

  • Do you have any testimonials?

Press Release Writing

  • Who writes my press release?

    We have distribution-only options available for those who have an existing press release or full-service packages which include writing by one of our experienced journalists. Please see our Pricing page for more information.

  • How do I write a press release?

    Media outlets require press releases in a standard format, written in an industry-familiar way. If you’re unsure of how to write your own, we strongly suggest purchasing one of our full-service packages. These include a press release written by one of our experienced journalists.

  • Will my press release be search engine optimized, including backlinks?

    If writing your own release, this is your responsibility; you’re welcome to submit your release with no more than two backlinks. If you have chosen one of our full-service packages, our team will ensure your release is written with correct keyword density, and contains anchor text links back to your website.

Press Release Distribution

  • How are press releases delivered?

    All press releases are delivered directly to each outlet’s News Editor or targeted journalists via email or fax. It isn’t bulk mailing – each release is sent individually, personalized with the name of each recipient.

  • How many outlets and journalists can you reach out to?

    Our distribution network contains over 60,000 media outlets and 300,000 journalists. These are split between International News Organizations, TV & Radio Networks, Newspapers, Niche Blogs, Online News Sites and Trade Press. Of course, we don’t send to everyone – but instead to a targeted list of journalists who are currently writing about what you do.

  • Do you use standard media contact lists?

    No. Each release we send benefits from a custom contact list targeted using Natural Language Processing (click to read more). This ensures that your release is being sent to people who are currently covering stories similar to yours. We’re one of the few services in the world to offer this.

  • Are you able to target a specific media outlet, journalist or geographical area upon my request?

    Absolutely – just let us know in the appropriate box when placing your order.

  • Do you guarantee media coverage?

    While we use industry-standard methods to get your press release directly to journalists, we cannot make any guarantees of coverage. The decision to run a story is down to each outlet’s News Editor – something we have no control over.

  • Which countries do you distribute to?

    Our core distribution network exists in the United States & Canada. However, we can distribute your press release to over 230 countries around the world. Distribution outside of North America incurs a nominal fee. Please contact us for more information.

  • When can I expect the media to contact me?

    This depends. From experience, media outlets will either contact you very soon after they get your press release – or, they may file it away for another news day. We have had clients get front-page coverage in National newspapers months after we sent their release!

  • Will you supply me with a list of who you send the press release to?

    Depending on which press release package you choose, you may receive a report from us. This will list the media outlets your release was sent to, along with some other useful information.

  • How can I track the results of my press release?

    Television and radio coverage can be tough to track, due to the nature of how they’re broadcast. However, to track newspaper and online coverage consider setting up some Google Alerts containing the keywords and title of your press release.

  • What about Google News?

    All press releases are syndicated with Google News. This is an excellent way to get increased site traffic and SEO benefits.

  • What are your prices?

    Our prices vary depending on the level of service you require. We have options for those who have written their own press release and just want distribution, as well as full-service packages that are all-inclusive. Please see our pricing page for more information.

  • Your prices are dirt cheap. How does your service compare to that of your pricier competitors?

    We’ve worked to refine our model so that we can offer a premium service at a price point that’s tough to beat. This is due to solid relationships with our distribution network and working on the premise that a lower price point ultimately brings us more business (and saves you money compared to the competition!). Besides, none of our pricier competitors use our world-class Natural Language Processing technology.

  • I can only see prices for individual releases. What if I want to send on a regular basis?

    We can accommodate any schedule. Give us a call or request an online chat – we’d be delighted to put a custom package together for you.

  • What currency is your pricing in?

    All prices are in US Dollars, although we offer a global service available to anyone in the world.

  • How can I pay?

    All payments are processed via PayPal. We selected PayPal due to their sterling reputation and protection infrastructure. You can pay via credit card or through an existing PayPal account.

  • Are my credit card details secure?

    Yes. In fact, we don’t even see them – that is the beauty of using PayPal. We see nothing but a confirmation of your payment, along with your name and email address. No payment information is stored on our system, nor do any of our staff have access to it.
